For those who want a warm salad ~ STEAM the ORGANIC BROCCOLI & PEAS For those who want an entirely raw salad add the BROCCOLI & PEAS raw. Cut the KELP NOODLES into small bits so that they are not long or knotted and toss them in a large bowl. Chop SUNDRIED TOMATOES (1/4 cup) & Chop DATES (1/4 cup)  and toss into the large bowl Then toss BROCOLLI, PEAS & SPROUTED CHICKPEAS into large bowl too. RECIPE: Organic Chocolate Almond Milk / Malt
