RECIPE: MINERALIZING ORGANIC VEGETABLE BROTH

MINERALIZING ORGANIC VEGETABLE BROTH This recipe is warming, nourishing, delicious and mineralizing for your body.  Helps keep the liquid flow of your body to continue flowing.  Also can be a recipe for a fasting cleanse for those who are vegan/vegetarian.  Plus it is great for those who live in colder climates where a bit of warming mineralizing organic vegetable broth provides the nutrients & ahhhhhhhh.   ITEMS TO GATHER: * ORGANIC VEGETABLES: I gathered Dakion (like a carrot/radish~it is a power vegetable), Carrots, Kale, Dandelion & Yellow Squash.   * AGAR or AGAR AGAR (is a red algae and a unique vegetable source protein that acts as a vegetarian gelatin for thickener) * KOMBU (it may be referred to as Konbu in Japanese ~ it is a seaweed ~ this can be dried or raw) * ORGANIC RAW COCONUT OIL * A LARGE POT ~ A STRAINER ~ JARS TO STORE YOUR BROTH * PURIFIED WATER as your base COMBINE ALL ORGANIC VEGETABLES IN LARGE POT FILLED WITH PURIFIED WATER ~ BOIL FOR AROUND 20 MINUTES.   Strain vegetables from water ~ you will now have your base vegetable broth where you will add some more water + 1 big Tablespoon of AGAR + a few large pieces of KOMBU.  Save your boiled vegetables for a meal time  ~ I also share my boiled vegetables with my dog.   You will boil for 15 ~ 20 minutes allowing the sea vegetables of the AGAR + KOMBU to fully integrate their mineral content into the broth.
