RECIPE: Stuffed Organic Acorn Squash

STUFFED ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH This recipe is very warming ~ somewhat simple ~ nourishing for the body ~ tastes good ~ gentle on digestion.   THINGS TO GATHER: * ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH  * 1 CUP ORGANIC WILD RICE OR BROWN RICE * 1 ORGANIC RED ONION * 1 ORGANIC YELLOW SQUASH OR 1 ZUCCHINI  1/2 CUP OF ORGANIC CILANTRO * 1 BULB OF FRESH ORGANIC TUMERIC (if in season & in your local area ~ otherwise use organic powdered tumeric) *ORGANIC COCONUT OIL OR ORGANIC OLIVE OIL *1 TEASPOON OF ORGANIC DILL SEASONING *1 TEASPOON OF ORGANIC ROSEMARY  *1/2 TEASPOON OF PINK SALT and/or OTHER SEASONINGS THAT YOU REALLY LIKE *PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES* Cut Organic Acorn In Half & Scoop Out Seeds (You Can Replant These Seeds If You Want And Start Growing Your Own Organic Acorn Squash) Place ORGANIC ACORN in glass dish with a bit of purified water at the bottom so it can steam while cooking in the oven.  Add a bit of ORGANIC COCONUT OIL OR ORGANIC OLIVE OIL to the top of the ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH while it is cooking for around 45 minutes in the oven.   It is nice to sprinkle some ORGANIC DILL SEASONING, ORGANIC ROSEMARY or other SEASONING YOU MAY LIKE on top of the ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH too while it is cooking in oven.     While ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH is cooking in the oven ~ make your ORGANIC WILD RICE OR ORGANIC BROWN RICE (Add your favorite herb seasonings to rice).  WILD RICE & BROWN RICE take around 45 minutes to cook.   While ORGANIC ACORN SQUASH is cooking...
