RECIPE: Organic Vegan Raw Holy Basil Cream Of Tomato Soup

ORGANIC VEGAN HOLY RAW BASIL CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP WHAT’S COOKIN’ GOOD LOOKIN’ ? Finally perfected this recipe to where I am fully satisfied to share it with all of you ~ been working on this one for a few months over here perfecting it for optimal taste bud approval.   THINGS TO GATHER: * large pot with 3 to 4 cups of distilled or purified water * 3 to 4 large heirloom and/or organic tomatoes * 1/4 ~ 1/2 cup of organic raw cashews (soak) * 5 organic garlic cloves * 1 teaspoon of raw organic holy basil (I have tried fresh organic basil in the past and it did not give off the same flavor as the raw organic holy basil.  I get my raw organic holy basil from Earth Shift Products.com).  The raw holy basil is KEY to this recipe for flavor and high nutrition & energy frequency reasons.   * 1 teaspoon of pink sea salt * 1/4 cup of finely chopped organic celery * 1/4 cup chopped organic violet onions   * Can add other spices to taste ~ such as a dash of turmeric, sage, thyme, rosemary or other spices that you like ~ play around with the spices a bit so that the flavor of the broth is exactly how you like it.   STEW ALL OF THESE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR A GOOD 1/2 HOUR ~ EXCEPT THE ORGANIC RAW CASHEWS SOAK YOUR CASHEWS FOR A GOOD 1/2 HOUR TO 4 HOURS PRIOR ~ strain cashews from water and put them in a blender ~ then add your stewed tomato broth ~ let blender...

RECIPE: Organic Raw Strawberry & Watermelon Juice

FRESH RAW ORGANIC STRAWBERRY & ORGANIC WATERMELON JUICE This is super Yum In The Tum! I gathered Fresh Organic Strawberries (you do not want conventional strawberries due to potential poison/toxic sprays on them).  Washed The Strawberries With Purified Distilled Water.  I left the green tops on the Strawberries to get the greens from the Strawberries too and juiced them through my slow juicer to get all the goodness of juice from the Strawberries as possible.  I have a green star slow juicer.   Then I gathered an Organic Full Size Watermelon ~ no mini seedless watermelon that has been genetically modified ~ the full shabang and shabottle with the Watermelon ~ you want the seeds.  I cut up the watermelon into pieces that will fit and run through the slow juicer ~ I leave the rind on the watermelon when I juice so that I receive the full green goodness from the melon too ! From my perspective you want the pretty rosy melon part,  black seeds and whitish/green rind and skin of the watermelon to go through the juicer too so that all the juicy nutrition can be there for you !  Make sure you wash the melon real good before juicing and if you are juicing the rind of the melon the watermelon needs to be organic so that no pesticides were sprayed on the outside of it.   Super Simple ~ you need a slow juicer, organic strawberries and organic watermelon.  When I combined the juices in the glass I used 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 watermelon juice = equal juice flavors for this savory glass of Fresh Raw...

ORGANIC BLACK BEAN HUMMUS This is super yummy ~ fairly easy to make ~ delicious and nutritious ! PREPARE THE BLACK BEANS Soak Them In Purified Water Overnight !  THINGS TO GATHER * 2 CUPS OF ORGANIC BLACK BEANS (Soak) * ORGANIC CELERY 1/2 CUP (Chopped) * ORGANIC VIOLET/RED ONION 1/2 CUP (Chopped) * 2 OR 3 CLOVES OF FRESH ORGANIC GARLIC *1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL *1 ORGANIC LEMON (Squeeze The Fresh Juice From It) * 2 TABLESPOONS OF RAW TAHINI (Please See Raw Tahini Recipe Of How Catalina Makes Her Own: http://catalinasangels.com/recipe-organic-homemade-raw-tahini/) * 1 TEASPOON OF CUMIN * 1 TEASPOON PINK HIMALAYAN SALT * 1/4 CUP FRESH ORGANIC CILANTRO BOIL BLACK BEANS After soaking black beans overnight ~ put them in a pot to boil with the 1/2 cup celery & 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt.  Once beans are fully cooked (around 45 minutes to an hour)………drain water and put BLACK BEANS mixture into a food processor.   THEN ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO FOOD PROCESSOR: Add your Garlic, Olive Oil, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Cumin, 1/2 Teaspoon Of Pink Salt, Cilantro & Raw Tahini ~ Allow Food Processor To Process Ingredients For A Good 3 To 4 Minutes Until Creamy Smooth.   I Found The Black Bean Hummus To Be Super Tasty And Used It For Dipping Cucumber Chips & Celery In.  I Have Also Used The Black Bean Hummus On My Raw Tacos & Homemade Quinoa Veggie Burgers ~ Amazingly Delicious !
