RECIPE: FRESH HERB & GARDEN TOMATO SPAGHETTI SAUCE

FRESH HERB & GARDEN TOMATO SPAGHETTI SAUCE

THINGS TO GATHER

  • Pot To Boil Spaghetti Sauce In

  • Pot To Boil Pasta In: I Used Quinoa Pasta Made By Andean Dream (Corn Free, Non Gmo & Gluten Free)

  • ORGANIC TOMATOES ~ I used 4 medium tomatoes for this recipe ~ small batch of spaghetti sauce

  • FRESH ORGANIC BASIL ~ large handful or 1/2 cup

  • FRESH ORGANIC ROSEMARY ~ large tablespoon or 1/8 cup

  • 1/2 CUP OF ORGANIC CELERY ~ Freshly chopped or minced

  • 1 VIOLET/RED ORGANIC ONION

  • 6 LARGE CLOVES OF FRESH ORGANIC GARLIC

  • PLUS ADD ANY ADDITIONAL HERBS YOU WANT SUCH AS OREGANO, SALTS, PEPPERS, DRIED HERBS/SPICES THAT INSPIRE YOU ~ I DON’T USE OREGANO THAT MUCH DUE TO IT TRIGGERING MY FEMININE CYCLE

  • NOW BOIL IN PURIFIED WATER ~ AT LEAST 2~3 CUPS & BOIL YOUR PASTA (can also sub pasta with raw zucchini pasta made with spiralizer)

  • Once sauce has boiled for a good 20~30  minutes then blend up in the blender until creamy smooth.

  • Serve on top of your pasta

  • PLEASE NOTE: Making your own homemade Spaghetti Sauce is much better than purchasing a jar in the store that usually contains sugar and other preservatives and/or chemicals that you don’t want in your physical body.  This recipe is for basic, easy and simple nutrition ~ not that difficult to make and packed with natural flavors from Mother Earth.
