RECIPE: Homecooked Whole Beans & Refried Beans

HOME COOKED ORGANIC WHOLE BEANS & REFRIED BEANS

Who loves tacos? Who loves home-made burritos?  Who loves a side of beans with dinner?  Well if you do this simple and easy recipe is for you.  Super easy ~ super simple & super yummy !  

THINGS TO GATHER

LARGE POT

FOOD PROCESSOR

4 CUPS OF PURIFIED WATER

2 CUPS OF ORGANIC PINTO BEANS (Soak these beans in purified water overnight prior to cooking)

1 tsp GARLIC POWDER

1 tsp PINK SEA SALT  

1~2 TSP OF ORGANIC SUNFLOWER OIL (FOR REFRIED BEANS ONLY)

BOIL YOUR BEANS FOR AROUND 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR WITH THE GARLIC POWDER & SEA SALT ~ YOU MAY WANT TO ADD ADDITIONAL HERBS OR SPICES TO YOUR BEANS BASED UPON YOUR OWN INTUITION.  I KEPT IT SIMPLE BECAUSE I KNOW THESE BEANS ARE COMPLIMENTING OTHER POWERFUL FOODS THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THEM.  THOUGH I DID ADD SOME ADDITIONAL TRACE MINERALS TO MY BEANS AND LIVING SILICA TO SPRUCE UP THE ENERGY QUALITY AND MINERAL CONTENT OF THEM.  

ONCE YOU FINISH BOILING ~ MAKE SURE YOU LIKE THE FLAVOR OTHERWISE ADD MORE SPICES TO YOURS TO SPRUCE IT UP.  YOU NOW HAVE YOUR BASIC BEANS.  

TO MAKE REFRIED BEANS FOR BURRITOS  ~ SIMPLY PUT 1 CUP OF THE BEANS INTO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR WITH 1 OR 2 TSP OF ORGANIC SUNFLOWER OIL.  PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE A GOOD CONSISTENCY AND YOU ARE NOW READY FOR BURRITO DINNER NIGHT !

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE “ROOT~TOOT ~TOOTIN” FROM THE BEANS ADD A BIT OF DRY MUSTARD TO THEM ~ THAT WILL CUT DOWN ON THE FLAUTUATES.

  MAKE AMAZING VEGAN TACOS, BURRITOS OR SIMPLY UTILIZE AS A SIDE DISH TO COMPLIMENT YOUR MEAL!
