MAGICAL HEART BASED FENNEL SOUP
Yes, the title of this recipe is quite acurate on the physical realities of life. I had set out to make a Vegan Cream of Asparagus Soup and while that is what in fact this recipe is………….while preparing the vegan soup broth with fennel ~ the dancing hearts came out to play!
INGREDIENTS TO GATHER:
*1/2 Cup HEART SHAPED ORGANIC FENNEL
*1/2 Cup ORGANIC CELERY
*1/2 Cup ORGANIC CILANTRO
*1 Bunch ORGANIC ASPARAGUS
*1/2 Cup ORGANIC CASHEWS (soak in water for 1/2 hour minimum)
*1 Teaspoon HERBAMARE SEASONING: The following website is a good place to purchase this amazing seasoning:
*Soak Cashews in Distilled Water For At Least 1/2 Half Hour
Combine Love, Heart Shaped Fennel, Celery, & Cilantro & Boil in Water For 20-30 minutes to create broth. You want a good 2 to 3 cups of broth or more. While broth is boiling add teaspoon of herbamare seasoning.
Now steam your organic asparagus in distilled/purified water so that it is nice and soft.
In a blender or vitamix ~ combine your soaked cashews, steamed asparagus and magical love brew of a broth……..and voila you have the most amazing Organic Cream Of Asparagus Soup aka MAGICAL HEART BASED FENNEL SOUP.
