*2 ORGANIC LEMONS (Juice These Lemons ~ so that you have around 2 Tablespoons of juice)
*1/4 Cup of Organic Virgin Olive Oil
*Teaspoon Of Organic Cumin
*Teaspoon Of Organic Ground Coriander
*4 to 5 Organic Garlic Cloves
*1/4 Cup Of Organic Raw Tahini (Please see Catalina’s Recipe To Make This: http://catalinasangels.com/recipe-organic-homemade-raw-tahini/
*1/4 Cup Of Organic Fresh Cilantro
*1/2 Teaspoon Of Cayenne & 1/2 Teaspoon Of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Add more or less to your personal taste)
*1/4 Cup Of Purified Water (more or less for creamy texture)

I’m thinking a food processor would be good to do this too. I used my wal-mart blender to make a pine nut cream and I had to blend a lot by hand before it would churn.
Yes Rich ~ you will need a food processor to make the hummus ~ blenders are not that great for making hummus and clearly pine nut cream.
