ORGANIC VEGAN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE WITH CILANTRO CASHEW CHEESE

* 2 HEADS OF ORGANIC BROCCOLI

* ANDEAN DREAM QUINOA PASTA: MACARONI OR FUSILLI PASTA  

* 2 ORGANIC LEMONS ((Juice These For The Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice))

* 1 CUP OF ORGANIC RAW CASHEWS ((Soak In Purified Water To Soften ~ 1 Hour Or More))

* 1/4 CUP OF ORGANIC FRESH CILANTRO

* 1/4 CUP OF ORGANIC FRESH BASIL

* 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

* 1 Tsp ORGANIC THYME

*1/4 CUP RAW ORGANIC TAHINI  

PREPARATIONS

* Soak Your Cashews Ahead Of Time ~ At Least An Hour

* Steam The Crowns Of Your 2 Organic Broccoli Heads

* Boil Your Macaroni Or Fusilli Pasta For Around 14 ~ 20 Minutes (For Those Who Like Al Dente  

MAKE  CILANTRO CASHEW CHEESE

Combine Soaked Cashews, Lemon Juice, Cilantro, Basil, Thyme, Pink Sea Salt, Raw Tahini In A Blender Or Food Processor ~ Until Thick & Creamy Smooth

Once You Have Your Quinoa Pasta Boiled, Organic Broccoli Steamed & Cilantro Cashew Cheese Made ~ Combine All Of These Ingredients Together In Large Serving Bowl
