RAW ORGANIC VEGAN APPLE PIE
This is by far the absolutely best dessert recipe I have accomplished yet ~ it is beyond delicious ~ it is “Off The Charts” filled with yumminess and quality nutrients = high vibe eating and enjoying !
THINGS TO GATHER
*ORGANIC APPLES (I utilized 5 large red organic apples for this recipe ~ yet my heart shaped pie pan was smaller than other pie pans) ~ I would gather at least 8 organic apples if you have larger pie pan. Slice your organic apples very thin.
* PIE PAN/PIE TIN ~ Glass Pie Pan Is Best ~ Though I Felt This Heart Shaped Pie Tin Was So Cute ~ So I Lined It With Parchment Paper
CRUST INGREDIENTS TO GATHER
*1/2 CUP ORGANIC COCONUT FLAKES (Optional ~ Though I Did Include In My Apple Pie Crust…….Simply Forgot To Put That Into Photo Of Ingredients To Gather)
*1 Tsp ORGANIC CINNAMON SPICE (Optional)
*1 Tsp ORGANIC NUTMEG SPICE (Optional)
*1 Tsp RAW ORGANIC VANILLA
*1 Tsp PINK SEA SALT
*1 CUP OF RAW ORGANIC CASHEWS (Soaked)
*1/2 CUP OF RAW ORGANIC FIGS
*1 CUP OF RAW ORGANIC (Pitted) DATES
BLEND ALL OF THESE CRUST INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND THEN PLACE INTO PIE PAN
*1 ~ 2 CUPS OF ORGANIC PITTED DATES
*1 Tsp ORGANIC CINNAMON
*1 Tsp ORGANIC NUTMEG
*1 Tsp ORGANIC RAW VANILLA
*2 TSP ORGANIC RAW COCONUT NECTAR
*1~2 LARGE ORGANIC APPLES
*ADD 1~2 TSP OF PURIFIED WATER IF YOU NEED MORE MOISTURE FOR CREAMINESS
(This Sauce Will Be Spread On Top Of Crust Layer & In Between Layers Of Thinly Sliced Apples)
Spread your creamy APPLE SAUCE MIXTURE onto CRUST LAYER and then start placing THINLY SLICED ORGANIC APPLES. In between every layer of THINLY SLICED APPLES spread another layer of creamy APPLE SAUCE MIXTURE.
In my heart shaped pie tin I ended up with 3 hearty layers of THINLY SLICED APPLES & APPLE SAUCE MIXTURE in between every layer.
Once my pie tin was filled to the top with layering ~ I drizzled ORGANIC RAW COCONUT NECTAR on top and sprinkled some Cinnamon & Nutmeg too.
I trimmed parchment paper.
ALL READY TO GO NOW!
SLICE YOUR APPLE PIE AND SERVE!
KEEP COOL IN REFRIGERATOR AFTER MAKING ~ WILL LAST UP TO 1 WEEK IN REFRIGERATOR ~ THOUGH AM SURE WILL BE EATEN BEFORE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS AMAZING DESSERT.
